Greenfield Energy Centre LP – 230 kV High Voltage Facility Project, St. Clair Township, Ontario
This switchyard, that connects the 1047 MW combined cycle generating station to HydroOne, is an eight breaker ring bus system that comprises four generator step up transformer bays, two station transformer bays, and two 230 kV line bays that connect to Ontario Power Generation Lampton power station switchyard.
Third Line T.S., 230-115 kV, 150 MVA Transformer Replacement Project, Brookfield Power, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
The work included the detailed design of two new transformer protection relay panels, design of cable trench modifications and site technical assistance.
115 kV Substation Projects
East Windsor Cogeneration Centre – 115 kV High Voltage Facility Project, Windsor, Ontario
The project includes all engineering and design for the three 115 kV breaker facility that connects a two GE LM6000 cogeneration plant to the HydroOne system, for the delivery of approximately 100 MW.
Gartshore 115 kV T.S. Relocation, Brookfield Power, Montreal River, Ontario
This is a five breaker transmission station for which complete design of protection and control systems and DC / AC distribution systems was provided for the Design and Build Contractor.
Mackay T.S., 115 kV Station Refurbishment Project, Brookfield Power, Montreal River, Ontario
The scope of work includes the detailed electrical design for the refurbishment of a 115 kV eight breaker station. The work includes the detailed comprehensive design of twelve protection relay panels plus all other detailed design functions necessary to complete the project.

Patrick Street 115 kV T.S. Refurbishment Project, Brookfield Power, Sault Ste Marie, Ontario
Replacement of eight 115 kV oil circuit breakers with new SF6 circuit breakers and the installation of new protection relay panels. Careful planning to minimize shut down time was an important element in this project.
Third Line T.S., 115 kV Tie Breaker Installation Project, Brookfield Power, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
This project consisted of adding a breaker between to outgoing lines, establishing a breaker and a half rung. The project included modifications to the line and bus protection schemes.

The scope of work included the production of a Design Criteria Report to develop the scope of work and review various options for implementing the replacement of fourteen 115 kV oil circuit breakers and upgrading the associated line protection schemes.

Topolobampo Jaun de Dios Batiz Paredes Thermal Generating Station, Mobotec, 4.16 kV Electrical Equipment Installation
Sonora, Mexico

Scope of work includes preparing electrical equipment and installation specifications and design for the installation of a NOx Reduction System at an existing oil fired thermal generating plant. The work includes two 4.16 kV switchgear extensions, associated 4.16 kV power cabling, two new 4.16 kV 500 HP motors and 480 V power distribution for the associated dampers and control devices.
Hoosier Energy, Frank E. Ratts G.S. – Mobotec ROFA and FSI Electrical Equipment Installation, Bloomington, Indiana, USA
Scope of work includes preparing electrical equipment and installation specifications and design for the installation of 4.16 kV switchgear extensions, 1500 HP motors, 4160-480 V distribution transformer and 480 VAC motor control centers. The work included the interconnection drawings for all instrumentation and PLC control of the ROFA and FSI systems.
